Overview

By placing an order on the Towen Illustration website, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. Please read these terms carefully before purchasing any items.

Eligibility

To purchase from Towen Illustration, you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. We reserve the right to refuse any order request made by you. If your order is accepted, you will receive an email confirmation, which will include the details of the order and the identity of the party you have contracted with. This will usually be Towen Illustration but may be a third party in some cases.

Order Process

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgment email confirming receipt of your order. This email is not an acceptance of your order. A contract between us will only be formed once you receive a confirmation email that the goods have been dispatched. The contract will only cover the items listed in the dispatch confirmation email.

Pricing and Availability

While we strive to ensure that all descriptions, prices, and availability information are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods you have ordered, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer you the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If we cannot contact you, we will treat the order as canceled. If you choose to cancel and have already paid, you will receive a full refund.

Delivery costs are additional and are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the ‘Total Cost’ before checkout.

Payment

Upon receiving your order, we will carry out a standard authorization check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds. Your card will be debited upon authorization. The payment will be treated as a deposit until the goods are dispatched. Once the goods have been sent, the payment will be used as consideration for the value of the goods you purchased.

Commissions

When commissioning a custom piece from Towen Illustration, payment is required upfront. By paying for a commission, you agree that if the brief is fulfilled or if the project has progressed beyond the initial design stage, you are liable to pay in full. Refunds are not available after this point to ensure that the artist is compensated for their work.

Returns & Refunds

At this time, Towen Illustration does not accept returns or exchanges. Please review your order carefully before completing the purchase, as all sales are final and non-refundable.

Shipping Policy

Turnaround: Orders are typically shipped within 3-5 business days, Monday through Friday, 8am – 5pm.
Carriers: We primarily use [your preferred shipping carriers] for delivery.
Order Tracking: We do not offer tracking with standard shipping. However, tracked shipping can be requested at an additional cost.
We are not responsible for any damage incurred during delivery. All items are carefully inspected and packaged to ensure they leave our studio in top condition.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. The total cost, including shipping, will be displayed before checkout.

Back Orders

If an item is out of stock, we will ship the available portion of your order immediately. The remaining items will be shipped once they become available, at no additional shipping cost to you.

Disclaimer of Liability

We do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of the materials on this site. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of this website, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

Taxes (Import Tax)

Buyers are responsible for any indirect taxes, including VAT or GST, depending on their location and applicable laws. Any prices listed on the site are exclusive of such taxes unless otherwise specified. Buyers are also responsible for complying with local tax laws and any import taxes that may apply when shipping goods to their location.
